2. Bookings
A booking request through our website or by email is an enquiry, not a binding contract. A booking becomes confirmed only when we confirm date, itinerary and price to you in writing and you accept. No prepayment is required to enquire; any payment terms for your specific tour are stated in our written confirmation.
3. Prices and what they include
Quoted tour prices include the licensed guide, the private vehicle with professional driver, fuel, parking, applicable taxes and required insurance, unless stated otherwise in writing. Entrance fees to archaeological sites and museums, meals and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated. Displayed "from" prices are per-person starting prices for standard group sizes; your exact quote depends on group size and itinerary.
4. Itineraries
Itineraries are flexible by design. The order of sites may be adjusted by your guide to avoid crowds or closures, always preserving the content of the day. Sites occasionally close by official decision without notice; in such cases your guide will propose the best available alternative.
5. Cancellation
Our cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: with no prepayment there is no cancellation fee.
6. Your responsibilities
Guests are responsible for holding valid travel documents, for being at agreed meeting points at agreed times, and for conduct respectful of the sites, which are protected monuments and, in several cases, active places of worship. Guests join tours at their own responsibility regarding personal health; please tell us in advance about mobility limitations so we can plan a comfortable day.
7. Liability
We operate with the professional diligence required of a licensed TÜRSAB agency and carry the insurance required by Turkish law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including weather, official closures, strikes and traffic events, nor for indirect losses such as missed onward connections not caused by our fault. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Reviews, photos and website content
All text and photographs on this website are our own or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Historical and biblical information is provided in good faith and with care, but is offered as guidance, not as academic or theological authority.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We will always try first to resolve any concern directly and quickly — write to info@biblicalephesustours.com. Failing that, the competent courts and consumer arbitration boards of Kuşadası / Aydın have jurisdiction.
