1. Who is responsible

We process personal data under Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the GDPR.
2. What we collect, and why
- Booking and contact details you send us (name, email, optional phone, travel date, pickup point, group details) — used solely to answer you and arrange your tour. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before and under a contract.
- Correspondence by email — kept so we can honor what we agreed with you.
- Nothing else. This site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. The only cookie that can appear is the language preference Google Translate stores if you choose a different language from the flags in the header.
3. Forms and email delivery
Our booking form is delivered to our inbox by the form service FormSubmit; your message transits their servers solely for delivery, like an email provider. If the form cannot send, your mail application opens instead and nothing is transmitted by the site at all.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers, so there is no cookie banner to click and nothing for you to opt out of. The only cookie that can ever appear is a functional one ("googtrans"), set by Google Translate if you pick a non-English language from the flags in the header, so your choice carries between pages. Our web host keeps ordinary server access logs, as every host does.
5. What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We never send marketing emails — you hear from us only about your own enquiry or booking.
- We never store payment card data on this website; the site takes no payments at all.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted from our working inbox within a reasonable time. Booking correspondence is retained as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires, then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Board; in the EEA, your local supervisory authority). One email to info@biblicalephesustours.com is enough to exercise any of these rights.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date. Effective date: 19 July 2026.
