The short version
Booking a tour with us requires no prepayment — and where there is no prepayment, there is nothing to lose. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will cancel or rebook your day without any fee.
Cancellations by you
- No prepayment taken — no cancellation fee, ever.
- Please let us know as soon as your plans change, so we can release your guide and driver for other guests.
- Cruise itinerary changed or your ship skips the port? Your booking simply dissolves — no charge, no paperwork.
- Want to change the date, the tour or the group size instead? Just write to us; we rebook without any charge.
Cancellations by us
In the very rare case that we must cancel — extreme weather, an official site closure, force majeure — we tell you immediately, propose the best alternative day or itinerary, and if nothing works, no payment is due at all. If any prepayment has been agreed for a special arrangement (for example multi-day itineraries with hotels), it is refunded in full in such cases.
Special arrangements
Occasionally a custom multi-day itinerary involves advance costs (hotel rooms, long-distance transport). If your itinerary includes any, we will state the exact terms in writing before you confirm — nothing is ever charged without your explicit written agreement.
